END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR HUMAN EMULATOR

IMPORTANT: This Software License Agreement is a legal
agreement between you (either an individual or a single
entity) and Web for Human Emulator
Software, which includes computer software and may
include associated media, printed materials,
and online or electronic documentation.

By installing or otherwise using Human Emulator
Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this
license agreement.
1. THE SOFTWARE

The SOFTWARE under this license is Human
Emulator Software, hereinafter known as
"Human Emulator", which consists of
executable files and documentation.
2 . COPYRIGHT

All copyrights to Human Emulator are
exclusively owned by humanemulator.info. All rights not
expressly granted here are reserved by humanemulator.info.
3. IMPORTANT NOTICE

By installing, copying, running, or otherwise using
Human Emulator, you agree to be bound by the
terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of
this license, you must remove all files relating to
Human Emulator from your computer.
4. GRANT OF LICENSE

You may install and use Human Emulator on one (1)
computer, workstation or laptop. Unregistered use
of Human Emulator is a violation of U.S. and
international copyright laws. If you wish to install and use
Human Emulator on multiple computers,
multi-user licenses are available for purchase at our website.

shall result in immediate and automatic termination
of this license.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Human Emulator is distributed "as is".
No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use
it at your own risk. The author will not be liable for data
loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss
while using or mis-using this software.
